Northeastern Regional ATV
Joint Powers Board

Introduction

The Northeastern Regional ATV Joint Powers Board was organized in August 2021 with the goal of creating a regional ATV authority to coordinate planning, permitting, design, and construction activities of the various ATV trail system networks throughout Northeastern Minnesota. The board consists of commissioners from St. Louis, Koochiching County, and Lake County.

Meeting Schedule

The Northeastern Regional ATV Joint Powers Board currently meets the 3rd Monday of each month at 2pm at the St. Louis County Public Works Facility in Virginia. The ATV Advisory Committee consisting of the 18 ATV Clubs and other stakeholders meets on the 3rd Monday of each month at 3:30pm at the same location.
