Challenge
A six-acre plot of land needed be developed according to City standards, while also making the most efficient use of the land for the developer.
Solution
The project team developed a plan that included the construction of 20 single-family homes and the associated street, water, sanitary sewer and stormwater collection systems, which were designed to maximize the site.
