Cambridge Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvements

Challenge

The City of Cambridge needed to update aging wastewater equipment and infrastructure on two different wastewater plants, as well as meet new effluent limits for phosphorus.

Solution

The SEH wastewater team designed a solution that improved operations, efficiencies, performance and effluent quality of the existing plant. The improvements also took two separate plants with different processes and combined them into a single, more efficient plant.
