County Trunk Highway CC Bridge over the Chippewa Flowage

Challenge

The County Trunk Highway CC Bridge in Sawyer County was badly deteriorated and well past due for replacement, but the County couldn’t shut off the key pathway to traffic.

Solution

SEH bridge and structural engineers came up with a plan to put a temporary bridge in place, allowing traffic to pass while the new, permanent bridge was constructed.
