SEH has announced two newly elected directors and one re-election to the company’s Board of Directors. Randy Jenniges, Director of Land Development, and Randy Sanford, Regional Practice Center Leader for Sales, were newly elected and join re-elected director Kristin Schultes, Vice President of Acquisitions and Integration at APi Group, who has served on the SEH Board since 2019.
The SEH Board of Directors includes nine members – seven internal and two external. The Board provides strategy, policy and governance guidance for the company and its officers. As a 100% employee-owned company, all Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) participants have the opportunity to vote on Board of Director candidates.

Get to know the new SEH Directors
Randy Jenniges, PE (MN, NC, TX)
Director of Land Development
Randy is an SEH Principal and leads the company's land development efforts. With SEH for 18 years, he is a project manager, client service manager and business development leader who has worked in the public sector as a municipal engineer and currently works in the private sector. Randy has worked with nearly every SEH office and on projects from the northern Minnesota border to the southern border in Texas. As director of land development, Randy focuses on company growth in the private markets as well as other practices and multiple SEH geographies, including Nebraska, North Carolina and Texas.
Randy Sanford, PE (WI)
Regional Practice Center Leader, Sales
Randy is an SEH Principal and the company’s regional practice center leader for sales in Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Texas and Virginia. In the industry for 28 years and with SEH for 21 years, Randy is a project manager, civil, water and traffic engineer, and business development leader. He has been involved with many facets of SEH’s business over the past two decades – including managing a number of award-winning transportation, civil and drinking water projects, and serving as office manager in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
Kristin Schultes (external candidate, incumbent)
Vice President of Acquisitions and Integration, APi Group
Kristin is a proven financial and operational executive with 20 years of leadership experience and expertise in the areas of finance, operations, acquisitions and integration, and ESOPs. Kristin is a qualified financial expert and has extensive senior leadership experience in private and public company roles, including CFO, president and corporate development. Kristin is currently the vice president of acquisitions and integration with APi Group, a $6B global, market-leading business services provider of safety and specialty services with 26,000+ employees. She has served on the SEH Board since 2019, chairs the Executive Compensation Committee and is a member of the company's Audit Committee.
