2025 Northside Street & Utility Improvements

Project Details

The project team consists of the City of Foley, Benton County, SEH, and Kuechle Underground Inc. SEH is the municipal engineering firm working with the City of Foley and Benton County and will be the contact between the contractors and the residents. Project questions should initially be directed to SEH staff. If an item needs urgent attention, feel free to reach out to the 24-hour contact listed to the right.

The project will be constructed in four (4) phases. The tentative start of construction schedule for each phase is listed below and subject to change.

  • Phase 1: Boring Operations under HWY 23 (June 4th)
  • Phase 2: Reconstruction of 3rd Avenue, 4th Avenue, Murphy Street, and Parent Street (June 9th)
  • Phase 3: Reconstruction of Broadway Avenue (July 28th)
  • Phase 4: Alley and 13th Avenue (Sept 1st)

Project Overview

This is a complete street and utility reconstruction project. The project scope includes replacing the existing street and sidewalks, sanitary sewer, water main, services in the streets, and storm sewer. It also includes a reclaim and overlay of 13th Avenue.

As timelines and work areas are further identified, additional details related to construction activity and the projects next steps will be provided.
