SEH Hiring Journey

We’re excited about your interest in joining our Company of employee-owners!

Here’s what to expect when you participate in the SEH hiring journey. We also think you’ll enjoy the videos of a few of our employee-owners sharing why they chose SEH.

The interview gives our hiring managers a chance to learn how your skills align with the needs of the Company. This is also a time for you to get to know your potential co-workers better and decide if the job is right for you.

Compensation expectations and data gathering
If a hiring manager decides to move your application forward for further consideration, the next steps include:

  • Reviewing your salary expectations with your Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS).
  • Discussing with you the Extensive Benefits our employee-owners enjoy.
  • Requesting that if you are bound by a non-compete, you email your agreement to your Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS).
  • Completing required documentation if your TAS has indicated you are required to participate in our Driving Program.

For some positions, potential SEH employee-owners may undergo an assessment prior to offer for three important reasons:

  • We want to get to know you and be sure to set you up for success should you decide SEH is right for the next step in your career.
  • To help your supervisor understand your interests, strengths, and career development.
  • To support your onboarding into the position and SEH.
